We specialize in supplying and installing bespoke glazing products, including:

• Aluminium bifolding and sliding doors

• Windows

• Roof systems

Our services are available throughout Hertfordshire, North London, and Southern Cambridgeshire. We offer both supply-only and full installation packages.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Process

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation detailing the products and services requested.

3.2 Pricing

Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices to reflect changes in costs, including but not limited to materials and labor.

3.3 Payment Terms

A deposit may be required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work or prior to delivery for supply-only orders. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer and other methods as specified in your invoice.

4. Delivery and Installation

4.1 Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

4.2 Installation

For supply and installation services, we will schedule a convenient installation date. It is your responsibility to ensure that the installation site is prepared and accessible.

5. Cancellations and Returns

5.1 Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, provided that manufacturing has not commenced. Custom-made products cannot be canceled once production has started.

5.2 Returns

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the goods are defective or not as described. Please inspect all products upon delivery and report any issues within 7 days.

6. Warranty

We provide warranties on our products and installation services as follows:

• Aluminium frames: 10 years

• Glass units: 5 years

• Installation workmanship: 2 years

These warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. They do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods and services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
